I was born and raised in Rome. When I was a child, I used to travel with my family all over Europe visiting every church, museum and archaeological site. Those adventurous summers planted the seed and introduced in my life a great passion for art, history and ancient remains. I travelled abroad living for a while in South America and England. I worked in public relations and was a teacher and graphic designer. I wrote for magazines and the cinema, trying to understand how my eclectic background and interests could became a professional activity.

I received my degree in Humanities at Rome University and then chose to become an authorized guide in Rome. I have been helping guests navigate this marvelous city during the last 15 years. I still enjoy it as if it was my first day. My goal is to provide you with the most enjoyable, educational and memorable time in the Eternal City!

I'm happily married to Aurelio whose family lives in Ventotene, a tiny island south of Rome where we spend our holidays and weekends. We have two children, Marco Gennaro who is 8 years old and passionate with animals and dinosaurs; and Sofia who is 6 years old and loves dancing and drawing. We live on the south side of Rome in a nice apartment with large terraces.

My hobbies include the love of cinema. I can watch movies for hours but never have enough time to do it! I like gardening on my terraces even if, I must admit, don't have a "green thumb!" I'm vegetarian and I love to cook birthday cakes and tiramisu, while Aurelio is an expert in pastas. We both love music and dancing. Aurelio is a great dancer and can play many musical instruments: guitar, drums, violin, etc. We love to spend our summer vacations in the wild, intact and fascinating valleys in Slovenia. While we're there, we enjoy nature with hiking, canoeing and paragliding.
